Competition Team
For those looking to take their training to the next level, our Competition Team has the opportunity to compete in local, regional, and national tournaments. Through competition, our boxers gain valuable lessons in sportsmanship, perseverance, team work and achieving goals, while participating in USA Boxing sanctioned events.


Private Sessions
Take your boxing journey to the next level with our Private Sessions, tailored specifically to your needs and fitness goals. Work one-on-one with our experienced trainers to improve your technique, build strength, and enhance your endurance. Whether you’re a beginner looking for guidance or an experienced boxer aiming to sharpen your skills, private sessions provide the personalized attention and customized training you need to succeed.

Bible Study Group
The Ring of Hope was founded as a boxing ministry and we strive to keep the faith based component intact. Long time Ring of Hope member, Minister David Trotter, leads a Bible Study group on Thursdays from 5-6PM. Dave provides thought provoking topics for discussion and prayer each week.

Chess Club
We believe in exercising the mind as well as the body. The Ring of Hope chess club meets each Wednesday from 5-6PM and competes in local chess tournaments. All ages and abilities welcome to join us!
Rock Steady Boxing
Ring of Hope offers FREE ‘Rock Steady Boxing’ classes for clients living with Parkinson’s disease. Classes are free and are held on Sunday’s from 10:00 – 11:30 am.
FIGHT BACK! We are learning every day that there are ways in which people with Parkinson’s disease can enhance their daily quality of life. No boxing experience is necessary. Our classes provide the opportunity to get out and socialize with others facing similar challenges and life-experiences. We focus on balance, strength, speed and coordination. In addition to being an intense, diverse form of training, boxing is also an incredible stress reliever, confidence booster and, it’s FUN!
Call certified Rock Steady Boxing instructor Jeff Karbowski to schedule an orientation. We want to show you the ropes and answer your questions before class begins. 518-347-7184

The Ring of Hope is proud to partner with Wildwood Programs to host the Undisputed Champions! Nothing makes us happier than seeing clients of ALL abilities succeed in and out of the ring! Led by ROH board member and professional boxing judge Tom Schreck, along with Nick Congemi and Javy Martinez, this program embodies perseverance and knocking out obstacles!
